1. Purpose of the Award

The Otaku Saver Anime Awards recognizes, celebrates, and values ​​the best anime, manga, professionals, and productions related to otaku culture in Brazil, focusing on credibility, transparency, and respect for the audience.


2. Award Categories

  • Best Closing (BS)
  • Best Animation
  • Best Soundtrack
  • Best Brazilian Dubbing
  • Best National Manga
  • Publisher of the Year

  • Best Anime Movie

Each category has specific criteria that are published on the awards website.


3. Specialized Jury

3.1. Composition

The jury may include:

  • journalists,
  • content creators,
  • industry professionals,
  • voice acting specialists,
  • critics,
  • academics,
  • Official guests and representatives of cultural institutions.

3.2. Jury Requirements

  • Avoid conflicts of interest (working directly on designated productions).
  • Possess solid experience in the otaku, audiovisual, publishing, or cultural fields.
  • Maintain absolute secrecy regarding notes and analyses until the ceremony.

4. Audit Process

  • A team from Otaku Saver reviews all votes, data, and records.
  • The process ensures that:
    • no result is manipulated,
    • no juror should influence another,
    • No duplicate votes should be counted.

External audits may be contracted in future editions.


5. Disqualification

Otaku Saver may disqualify any nominee, work, or individual in the event of:

  • proven fraud,
  • legal inconsistencies,
  • violation of the criteria,
  • jury misconduct,
  • unethical behavior during the process.

6. Organization Rights

Otaku Saver reserves the right to:

  • adjust categories,
  • change dates,
  • expand or reduce steps,
  • to make decisions to preserve the integrity of the award.

All changes will be communicated to the public in advance.


7. Awards Ceremony and Presentation

The awards ceremony will initially be held online, but may evolve to include in-person editions in the future.

Special prizes can be added, such as:

  • community highlights
  • Smaller seasonal categories to boost the Brazilian otaku scene.

Final Considerations

This regulation comes into effect immediately and is updated annually as the Otaku Saver Anime Awards grows and expands.
Participating in the voting or accepting a nomination implies full agreement with these terms.
